Books(printed not ebooks) on amazon have better content than those on clickbank.

I have noticed that books on amazon seem to better quality than those on clickbank. The books on clickbank seem to have much better copywriting on the sales pages, a lot of effort has gone into creating convincing sales page, but the content in amazon books is more substantial

There is such a disparity in the commission you can earn for an amazon book it is $1(if that), and for a clickbank book it can easily be $20 or more.

How do you go about finding books on clickbank which are "worth" the money? And what do you feel makes them "worth" the money?

Yes this is true I think. They are also sold to some people who would never buy or read a "print" book, but are won over by the quality of the copywriting of a sales letter. They suddenly see an answer to a problem.

No print books. (I'll change the title of the thread to make that clearer!).

The overwhelming majority of the books on sale at Amazon are also available for sale in thousands of other retail outlets, which isn't the case at all for Clickbank.

Most (not all) Amazon books have been through an additional "quality control" process in that they've been accepted by a publisher (an expert judge of what will sell, typically with long and successful experience of such judgements) who was willing to make a substantial investment in them, backing their decision with hard cash before a single copy's ever been sold.

There's such a huge disparity between the total numbers of products available at each, as well as for the most part such a huge disparity between "what they are", that it's almost impossible to compare the two in any meaningful terms. But, for the record, there are also undoubtedly some superb products available at Clickbank and some real crap available through Amazon, too.
Yes I agree about the "quality control" aspect, that initial filter increases the chances that the book is of good quality. publishing on clickbank is somewhat similar to vanity publishing i.e as long as you've got the money
        anyone can do it.

I think the reason clickbank ebooks sell is because of their accessibility- written be digested easily, actively seeking out and convincing the buyers, and offering a highly targeted solution to problem. These sorts of ebooks will always sell.

The other variable in this discussion is the topic of the book.
One of my ebooks (Non IM) is converting much higher as a printed book than it sells as an ebook.

When It was only available as a download I had many customers asking for it in print.

The content is the same in both versions. It is also truly excellent
