How do I sell a blog

Hi guys

I have a blog I want to sell.

Where is the best place to sell?
How do I work out the value?
Will people be interested in the youtube and facebook accounts that go with it?

    Just like creating a product you research in the same way. It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it and yes they would interested in a complete package especially if it has followers. You might want to consider after sales service to help the buyer and add value.

    There are sites where you can sell them at a price or sites where you are auctioning them with or without a reserve. It all depends what you want, how fast you want to sell it.

    Does it have traffic? Does it have revenue? Any other assets? How many followers on Facebook acct (although it is against Facebook TOS to sell a Facebook acct and Flippa frowns on it).

    No way to value it without more information.

    You can sell it on Flippa, Namepros, Here in complete sites for sale section. Those are the best places IMO

    If it is already making some money with proof, you can try the warrior forum if it is a brand new site then flippa will be the place for it.

    If your site is already making some money, then you want to mention the amount ( with screen shots ), the number of visits per day and where the visits is coming from.

    Places the site has been ranking, the work you have done on the site and how easy/hard the new buyer will find it to double the current earning.

    You also want to have a catchy title, and work on the design to make it more beautiful if it is not already beautiful.

    SEDO or FLIPPA are good places. You can sell it for around 8-10x its monthly revenue.
