INTERNET MARKETING

I've been fooling around with Microsoft Movie Maker for a couple of hours, and finally got a short video put together from an article. Added some music, and WAS going to put it up on YouTube.

Small???? problem. MMM makes the videos into MSWMM. Is there a way I can change the format into WMV without having a degree in IT?

Yes, I just did the same thing and converted to .wmv but the file must be bad because I can't get it to upload without an error message. Anyhow, here's how you do it....

Go to File, then "Save Movie File" and it will save it to your computer as a .wmv

Download Windows Live Movie Maker. It's easier to use and when you're done making the movie, click on the "Desktop Computer" icon and it'll save as a wmv.

In your case, just click finish movie and save as best playback on my computer

Pete, in windows movie maker

you don't 'save' once you are ready to upload to youtube

click on the "Publish Movie" button and voila - it produces it in .avi that you can upload no problem.
