Hi, fairly new and have a question with IM...

I just got accepted by Gamestop in Linkshare with my website, and I used to use all sorts of means to advertise mysite. Would I get in trouble if I used sites like Neobux to advertise and someone actually bought something? I don't think there's any kind of limitations as to what kind of advertising I can do. Right now my current campaigns are on Google Adwords, I haven't used PPC sites like Neobux for sometime but I wasn't sure...

thanks!
Frank

    Sorry, I'm confused...

What does gamestop have to do with anything?
Is linkshare a program they run?

Linkshare is the affiliate program you have to sign up to sell products from Gamestop, or any other site that's on their program. I was just wondering if affiliate programs don't like products being sold on PPC sites like Neobux.

You should be free to advertise in any manner that does not violate the TOS as stated by Linkshare.

Also look into the terms of Gamestop. There are affiliate programs that restrict certain keywords when using PPC.

Seems to me that they wouldn't care too much where it got sold. I'm not too familiar with games except my son has millions of them and could open his own store.

I read Gamestop's information and they didn't state any limitations. I was looking for another way to make money with my site because I must of tried signing up for Google Adsense before, and I can't get in because they still haven't accepted my application. I wish Adsense would let you contact them somehow about situations. I figure this way with Gamestop I could try to make some type of income with my site besides just advertising my affiliate links I might call Linkshare and ask them myselfs. They might be able to shed some light for me.
