The best ONE DAY TIP for DAILY WARRIOR FORUM DWELLERS/IM BEGINNERS

This thread may not apply to all, but it applies to anyone...including myself at times. People who are...

  • trying to learn internet marketing...beginners with common knowledge, not complete noobies.
  • struggling with IM and asking a lot of questions,
  • Hanging around the warrior forum reading up on the latest tips trying to make something happen.
Right now, write down 5 things you'd like to learn/accomplish.

These things may be

  • Building backlinks or how to get quality back links
  • Optimizing your websites on page SEO
  • Driving traffic
  • Article marketing
  • Keyword Research
  • etc
Now search through the warrior forum for posts/threads relating to what you're interested in...There's thousands of posts full of useful information on the WF to look through.

Copy and paste the most useful tips/strategies you find into notepad or an email to yourself.

TOMORROW...DON'T COME TO THE WARRIOR FORUM! DON'T ASK ANY QUESTIONS.

IMPLEMENT EACH OF THE 5 THINGS YOU CHOSE TODAY TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY.

Try and take at least one day per week, to do absolutely nothing more than IMPLEMENT what you already know. Next week pick 5 more things to learn, and implement those and the 5 you've learned last week.

Keep up on this plan, keep learning things, and become the IMer who's answering questions, rather than asking them.

Don't get caught up in constantly looking for the next best idea. Learn from the hundreds/thousands of successful internet marketers on the WF, and JUST DO IT.

Pretty good advice for a lot of people. I mostly come here to help others these days, but if everyone that isn't yet where they want to be in IM took your advice, they'd probably move one step closer.

I second you on that one dennis, today has been my most productive day by far simply because I stopped trying to be Brainiac and actually started implementing.

Most beginner internet marketers don't seem to realize that many of them have every tool they need right in front of them. Right here in the WF.

Anything you need to succeed online is here, LEARNING+EFFORT+IMPLEMENTATION=SUCCESS

    That's good advice.

We all get caught up sometimes learning new things and new skills but forget to actually implement.

    Thanks for sharing

I've been making many more sales over the past week. I stopped trying to "sponge" up all this information, and just did what I was suggested to do by others.

Don't think about the amazing tips you receive, just implement them right away! Minimize the warrior forum tab and implement your new tactic in a new tab right now!

I have discovered (in the past) that opening the warrior forum BEFORE opening my editor/ftp/photoshop/other programs resulted in hours of procrastination, or sometimes even loss of an evening of work.... whether I read all night, or simply lost motivation towards my original task.

It really does help to be strict and tell yourself "for the next 2 hours I must do THIS" and if you look around forums and procrastinate... penalize yourself by sitting another 2 hours until you accomplish the task you setup for yourself originally.

This is some great advice for people. Most beginners come to internet marketing thinking that it is a get rich quick deal. They look over the forum trying to find out how they can make a $1000 in a day with very minimal work. Guess what it's not going to happen.

There are thousands of tips, tricks and methods on IM in this fourm. Try and test as many of them you can. What works for one person may not work for the next person. That is why you get so many arguments in these forums, everyone has their own way of executing IM.

Find the right mix for you and only you and then you will find your IM success.

Reminds me of a tactic I used in several other forums where I would spend an entire weekend reading every post in the forum. Mind you, those forums were geared toward a specific product or service and didn't have the amount of postings that the Warrior Forum has but it did bring me up to speed quickly on what I needed to know.

Along the lines of searching for a specific topic (building backlinks, driving traffic, article marketing...Etc) you can also conduct a search for posts by a specific warrior.

For example, we all know that Steven Wagenheim is an article marketing machine so if you wanted insight to his methods ans strategies then read as many of his postings as you can....DISCLAIMER - that's alot of reading so be prepared...lol

    Respectfully,
    Tim

I have to really agree with this you know, I sometimes have the bad habit of browsing forums and not actually putting the tips into action but not tomorrow. Tomorrow I'm going to do these tips and if no results come oh well at least I tried
