    My suggestion would be to use DLGuard from Sam Stephens. A first class product that does a first class job with security. And Sam's customer service levels are outstanding.

    Hi Mario,

    It's very simple.

    When you set up your PayPal button, simply paste in the URL of your download page into the box on page 3 of the PayPal button set up.

    From memory, it says something like: "What is the URL of the page you want the buyer to be taken to when payment has been processed".

    Don't confuse that with the box immediately above, which asks for a URL to send the buyer to if they abandon the payment procedure - otherwise they'll get a free copy of your product! You can normally leave that box blank.

    Be sure to use the full URL - including http://www.

    And always select "encryption", otherwise thieves can right click, see your source code, copy and paste the url of your download link and steal your product. If the button is encrypted, there's no download URL visible.

        They don't get that download link until after payment has been made.

    I've used e-junkie with good results. DigitalProductDelivery (DPD - Digital Product Delivery - Sell Downloads and Run Your Own Affiliate Program) also looks good. Both have plans that start at $5/month.

    I use: DPD - Digital Product Delivery - Sell Downloads and Run Your Own Affiliate Program

    After payment is complete, the customer is taken to a page where they download the product. At the same time, an email goes out from digitalproductdelivery to the customer which also contains the link to download (in case the customer misses the page)
