Get E Cover Creator?? No Support?

Hi Warriors

Quick question. I bought getecovercreator just recently and it is a corrupt file. The only thing is the support team ( if they have one?) don't rspond to emails? Any advice or does anyoe have contact details. The Guy is called Dylan I think. Though I cant find anything about him on the internet?

    Have you tried cover action pro for photoshop as an alternative?...i have got great results with that.

    How did you pay for it? It appears you have a genuine complaint against the seller so just document the issue fully and open a dispute with either PayPal or your credit card company.

        That site is down for the moment but it looks like dylan jones is at it again. Is he still a member here? If so, then WHY??????????? I've seen more BS about him on this forum. People like him should get a permanent vacation from WF.

    Yeah man, I know what you mean. I purchased a Lead Page Pro White Label product for $250 and have sent numerous emails to several different email addresses and no one EVER replied. I feel RIPPED OFF

      Sorry to hear about that, why don't you hire someone that is a professional to design your eCovers?

      This is the best route to go always, you get high quality and you can talk to them, most eCover designs can be professionally done for under $50.00.

      There are several designers on this forum who are very capable of doing a high quality design job.
