amazon uk or usa

I have an amazon site and was wondering if I need to signup for usa as well as uk in order to target them both.

does anyone have any info about this been searching and cant really find anything

    I believe if you sign up for a US account too you would need to have a US bank account to accept payments.

    Paul is half right...

    You would need a US bank account to receive direct payment...

    Without a US bank a/c it looks like 'check' (cheque) is the only payment method available outside the US - $100 payment threshold

    There's always gift vouchers of course

    G00gle Adsense also used to send out $ cheques - my UK bank quite happily accepted them.

    I understand this but how does it work when adding liks to my sites, do I just add the us or the uk products. I dont really understand and not much info on this

      I add UK products to a site specifically targetted to the UK and US products on sites specifically targetted to the US. I do keyword research according to which country I'm targetting and always use a .co.uk domain for UK sites.
