Hi,

I am looking for a VA for the first
time.

What kind of jobs do you hire
a VA to do?

I would like a VA to out-outsrouce my work.
DO any of you guys do this?
Have tips for using a VA to out-outsource work?

My only worry is about giving them
info like credit card or whatever to pay my outsources.

ANy tips?
BJ

You don't give up control of the money making decisions OR the money. VAs are for "administrative" type tasks. Even if you let them assist on the important aspects, you still have to have final say.

    Hey BJ

    I was reading through some posts and found out this guy has his own VA. You should contact him. w w w . w a r r i o r f o r u m c o m / m e m b e r s / j u s t i n - m a n d e l h t m l (I can't display the working url because I don't have 15 posts yet.)

    Hi BJ.

I just wrote about this in another thread but i'll repeat some of it here

I agree with Lance, I wouldn't be handing any sensitive/money stuff over to a VA. Have them do all the tasks and then run the final details by you for you to approve. If you have your VA looking for outsourcers for you, give them a pricing estimate and the job itself. They will go away and hunt and come back to you to make sure their selection is ok.

If it is all good then you can transfer the cash yourself.

Currently I use a VA for tasks like:

    - Social Bookmarking
    - Article Submission
    - Blog Creation
    - Squidoo, hubpage creation
    - Link Building
    - Forum posting
    - Blog commenting

Basically anything that I need to do but that is easy to do. All the grunt work and repetitive tasks.

I recommend not giving them big jobs first up. Find a VA and give them some simple tasks like submitting to social bookmarking site, article submission etc. If they perform well then you can feel more comfortable trusting them with more important aspects of your business.

    Hope this helps

Link building is the process of getting incoming links to your site(s). The direct benefit is higher rankings in the search engines. The indirect benefit is people following the links to your website and buying your products/services.

How is it done? That's a whole other threat all on it's own :-)

    Hi,

Before hiring a VA check his past record and try to get some feedback from others who have hired him earlier. And also make sure he has the updated softwares to execute your tasks. VA's can be employed for easy as well as tough tasks, provided you lay out the instructional steps in an easily understandable format.
