Text Ads on Website - Is that format good?

Would you keep this format or do it differently for higher CTR?
This is NOT an adsense ad, its a custom made ad where i chose to mimic adsense format in the assumption its tested to have good CTR.

    People are very used to the format of Google Adsense and as such it could mean they many people are "Ad Blind" (meaning they will just pass over it without thinking).

    You have the luxury of being able to try new things. What about a horizontal stripe with a different background colour, or just a sentence in bold? Always do some kind of testing (i.e. split testing) to see what is working best.

    I use that format but with square bigger ad in it on left side than some text and than again big square ad but on the right side this time!!! Above text link unit !!!
    Make text in ad same color as your text and make links in Ad blue !!
