Is there a firefox plugin that allows me to save common text and insert them via right click?

i.e. Say I'm writing my bio but don't want to have it open in a text document... so I just right click scroll up to text insertion and then select "bio" and then it just auto inserts the text I had previously saved there?

      There is a plug-in that is called Clippings that may work for what you need.
