Auto Tweeting... How do you do it?

I know I can add a plugin to my wordpress blog and have that tweet everytime I have a new post.

Though is there an APP or something that would allow me schedule a bunch of tweets for the week?

Hootsuite also allows for scheduled Tweets. Might be worth looking into because its great for managing accounts.
