Offline/Online Opportunity?

Hi,

I was doing some research yesterday for a client
and this came up.

I am sure there is an opportunity here if you are an
Offline/Online consultant


Here is what happened.

I was typing into Google search

Dentist My City
Dentist My City State
Dentists My City
Dentists My City State
Dentist in My City
Dentist in My City State
Dentists in My City
Dentists in My City State
My City Dentist
My City State Dentist
My City Dentists
My City State Dentists

...and I noticed in the adwords section that there were
a lot of dentists that are no where near where I live
advertising in adwords.

If I were going to the dentist I would not drive 50 miles
to go unless it was free or a specialty that I needed,
would you?

So I'm thinking of course the Dr.s aren't running their own
adwords accounts and who ever is, doesn't know what they
are doing.

The just looks like a opportunity to me.

Any thoughts?

    Hey Blase you are right - I had that on one of my offline consulting training webinars and indeed...it is hilarious that they have hired PPC folks that are COSTING THEM TONS of money!

    So - yes - calling them , sending an email, sending a direct mail to them is a very easy way to get new clients...

    simply cut and paste via snagit or jing how their ppc ad shows up in a city no where near them...heck even in another country...

    yes that too happens!

    And that is an easy way to get past the 'gatekeeper' to the decision maker!

    Blase you are right. By calling and sending mails it become very easy to get new clients and this is very good that you don't have to travel 50-50 miles. so, that is really very good. thanks for this information.

    I've seen ads not even related...they just have the SAME word in it. For ex. A laser eye surgeon's (lasik type) PPC ad shows up under laser eyelid surgery (that one was at least close). One I saw was for a cosmetic dentist from Los Angeles & it showed up in NYC!
