Best place to sell your website and get an estimate for it?

I do not know about the estimate part but Flippa is the best place to sell a site IMO. As far as the estimate goes, I would count on 10 x monthy revenue (more if it is a consistent Adsense earner and less if it is not established).

I also think that 10 x revenue is $10,000. so you can sell it at this cost. but i think and marhelper is right that Flippa is the best place to sell a sit. you can try there.

Flippa would be best place to sell it. With revenue, you can get around 10 x monthly revenue, or at least ask for that. I know of no reliable service that does estimates, but maybe someone else does.

I would suggest you take a look at the other sites that are on there for a good estimate for your site.

Usually 10 times a single months income is what sites sell for these days so 10k wouldn't be a crazy request if you're really making 1k a month.

In terms of selling price, I suggest 5 to 10 times the average monthly income over the past 3 months depending on whether the buyer can do things to increase income.

What I mean is that if you have a product selling from the site, the price would be higher. If it's just an affiliate site or ads where the income would go down if not maintained, the price will likely be lower.

Flippa tips to keep in mind:

=> Capitalize primary words in domains names in your listing - Ex. DomainExample.com;

=> List everything that's included in the sale - for example, if you're also including your wholesale contact, a social media user name, say so;

=> Provide proof of stats, links, etc with screen shots - Google Analytics is most trusted;

=> List the keywords you rank for including search volumes;

=> Explain why you're selling;

=> Use Escrow for transaction over $1000;

=> Put all the files on a CD and mail to buyer as a backup and also proof of delivery of site;

=> Include a video screencast walking them through the site, showing them how to use it; (free tool Jing | Add visuals to your online conversations)

=> List any costs (hosting, product costs, shipping, outsourcing, time) to maintain the site;

And who handles all the transactions? And when will I get the money if it were sold this week? And how long can you list it for and whats the best method? thank you ones again in advance..

Flipaa is the best place to sell your website if you have good site along with good revenue generation.Its really nice and good place.You will get good rate there and serious people come over there.
