Hi guys,

Ive been using Market Samurai for a few weeks now and love the tool but ever since google changed my results from the rank checker have been all over the place.

Anyone had similar experiences or can recommend a way to accuratly check the serps for a list of keywords?

Tried asking on Samurai support forum but its dead, no replies in 2 days.

And please dont tell me to do it manually, if i had the time i would but seen as im checking groups of keywords for several clients almost daily its not really an option.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.

It is not dead. Have you tried opening a ticket and marking it urgent? They will be able to help you. Google changed, has nothing to do with Market Samurai. They've been updating it as well. Current version is .40

  Check your version number. Market Samurai issued an update a couple of days ago to deal with the Google changes. There's a link to the update here:

  The most current version (as of 5/10/10) is 0.85.40
  
  I haven't checked the Rank Tracker module, but the update took care of all the other problems I was having.

  well my rank checker has been very accurate before the google change, then 2 days ago the results are all over the place and i have no idea why. Ive tried several things yet i still get very innacurate results.
  
  Ofc i have submitted a ticket, 2 days agao and im still waiting for a reply.
  
  I have the latest version also.
  
  So damn frustrating when i know it works fine for other people and not for me

  I concur with cypherslock: post a support ticket.
  
  I posted one during the Google change and received a response the next day (a Sunday) even though they must have been inundated with support messages on this issue.

Has anybody noticed that the rank tracker of Market Samurai is not accurate recently? My version is 0.86.23 now.
For example, one of my keywords, MS states that it ranks out of 200, but actually I manually search, it ranks on position 20. How can I fix it? Submit a support ticket? Any advice will be appreciated.

  The Rank Tracker Module in Market Samurai isn't really accurate past the first page.
  
  They have been having major issues since Google integrated Places with the Organic Results.
  
  Using version 0.87.13 and it still hasn't been sorted out yet.
