I need help with the marketing process

Hey Warriors,

I am looking to hire someone with a high level of marketing experience that can help our team with our marketing process.

I have been online for about 14 months in the personal finance niche. We have our own products and blog. I was a former financial consultant so I know my market very well.

What I am looking for is someone that I can work with to put together a solid marketing plan. We could agree on a certain amount of emails per week for a price.

This is my current weak point in my online business. You have product launches, email follow-up, downsells, upsells and back-end offers etc.. I need someone who I can bounce ideas off of and work with on a continual basis to put them all together into a solid strategy.

Let me know if you are interested in helping a young team of product developers and list builders. A percentage of our launch proceeds could be in the cards as well.
