Create a website to be used as a portfolio for the type of work you want to offer. Put a link to it in your signature here. Make meaningful posts here in the forum, specifically in areas where your skills could be used. Others will see it, and may click your link and contact you about work.

why settle for only $200 a week

If you are content with $200 a week why not get a job at a cafe or fast food outlet or something? (I don't mean that in a harsh way).

But if you want to earn that online, then simply write articles or create websites for people. You would not require a lot of money and the payments would be paid into your Paypal account so that you can access it quickly.

Sign up as a freelance provider on elance and odesk. The skills that you have are skills that are in demand there. On elance if you sign up for only one category you can have a free account. On odesk, sign up is completely free.

You could also join 'elance' or 'guru' as a web designer! Or put an ad in your local paper or free classifieds.

I even need someone to design a website for me, as others have said, put a signature with what you do at the bottom of your posts and sound professional!

You said that you can build websites, so... Contact all of the businesses in your area and offer to build them a website for $50. You should be able to make $200 a week doing that, but you already know that. You are actually looking for that magic dust that will make you money without having to do any work. That's why you are wasting your time asking questions that you already know the answers to. Sorry to tell you, but that magic dust is only available to people that do their own research and actually put an effort into something. It is then delivered to your doorstep by the Internet marketing fairy named Joosilia.

I agree with offering a service on elance, odesk or something like that. Maybe even craigslist. You do have to put some effort into making a compelling offer and to charge a bit lower to start off with.

Figure out what you enjoy doing the most (writing, designing or building websites), use that as your main service and you can throw in some of the others as bonuses.

Another idea is to write a short report ($7 dollar report style) on a topic you're interested in and there are buyers. Use someone else's salesletter as a template to rewrite your own, set up a page on Weebly and get a Paypal account. Set all that up, then write articles directing people to that page.

Sales go straight to your paypal account, so its instant.

You can also try setting up people with a problem. Like hooking up desperate freelance writers on Odesk etc and finding buyers for them, charge a commission for service.

There are lots of things to do, but most takes time. It may be easier just to get an offline casual job for $200 a week though.

You've got great skills there, why not try joining Elance or Odesk, they have weekly payout and there are lots of job openings there for freelancers on different field.

If you can build websites and are a good writer you should be able to flip sites with unique content on Flippa. If you can write unique ebooks for those sites, they would get more money. Since you can bookmark and do SEO, you should be able to get traffic to those sites.

You could also offer your web building services to people. Get really good at it and you will be in demand.

Sign up as a provider in odesk. Then offer your services there. You can get a $5/hr rate in no time.

Try bidding on jobs on elance until you build up your business. It takes time to make $200 per week on auto-pilot. Work for other people until you get get your biz going strong.

For $200/week, freelancing might be the way to go.

You can start off with sites like Fiverr (which you have, as I can see) and then move on to Warriors For Hire section. If you're really serious, you could grow into the services market itself. Hire people as need be, train them and grow your business. If done properly, the WFH can itself lay the foundation for a solid business.
