Clickbank Marketplace Statistics Question

I have a Clickbank question. In the Marketplace, my product is listed as $/sale: $6.10. My product sells for $14.95, with an upsell for $24.95. My refund rate is less than 5%. I'm sure that losing potential affiliates because of the discrepancy.

Can anyone help me figure out what to do to change the statistics to reflect what they really are?

If it makes any difference, I've been using this account for several years. In the beginning I sold a product in slot #1 for $6.95. Also, when someone clicks on a hoplink, they are sent to product #2. And one more possible clue - I use EasyClickMate so that affiliates can link directly to products.

I think for it to reflect you would need to move this new product to slot 1
