in an article directory before you can sell them as a PLR pack?

Please I need an answer to this question because I really want to start selling PLR articles and I would appreciate any wise response.

Can someone get some articles approved by EZA this week, get some views from them this week and sell them next week as PLR articles?

You can sell them whenever you want. As soon as they are approved, they are yours to do with whatever you want. Go for it!
