Does it worth submitting sitemap file?

INTERNET MARKETING

Does it worth submitting sitemap file to google thru their webmaster tools? I have pretty much unlimited pages, so I will have to create like 100s of files, and I am just wondering if it is even worth for me to do that.

based on past experience ....yes it is always good to submit a site map or at least submit your rss feed as one

Yes its helpful, especially with the new additions in webmaster tool. Well worth it IMO.

Yes submitting a Sitemap is ALWAYS worth it -its basically a "Hey Google over here - index me!!!"

There are scripts out there that you can find for making sitemaps on big sites - if you have that many pages I would suggest looking at investing in one.

If you have submitted your sitemap to them before, it will save you a lot of hassle later to submit your newly created pages every time. You don't even have to bother submitting the pages again coz they will get indexed pretty quick if you have submitted your sitemap before. It's explain in the sitemap submission page on Google.

  Yes, it is always good to submit your sitemap, if you have pages that you don't want indexed then the sitemap can denote that for the search engine. I use sitemap generator, it's ok.. and for Wordpress I use the plugins.
