Anyone skilled in promoting to the Male Enhancement niche?

I have a review site that is ranking well and getting about 50+ visitors, and I made a sale the first month on about 80 clicks to the advertiser page. This month I changed up the theme and had the review tweaked, but can't seem to make it work.

Anyone experienced with promoting to the male enhancement niche (and decent at copy) want to take a look and give me some tips? Thanks.

    Hook me up, been in the adult biz for over a decade. Sold all my tgp's couple of years ago, now only concentrating on my normal online biz and herbal meds websites. Got over 40.
