Clickbank : Do they care about International Affiliates?

Hello fellow warriors,

I know many of you have made a huge fortune selling clickbank's products as affiliate. So you must have enough knowledge of how this company works.

My recent experience with clickbank has raised serious doubts in my mind whether they are really a good company to work with or otherwise.

I am based in India and six months ago I started selling some self-help products (from Clickbank) through my website.

Clickbank sent me a check of $992 for my commission on 29th August. However, despite waiting for more than one month I didn't receive my check.

Since the postal service in my area is extremely bad & unreliable, I inquired from clickbank whether they could resend my check through secure courier. I was apprehensive that if they again sent my check through ordinary post, it would again lost in the transit.

Clickbank replied that they could not send my check through secure courier. However, they offered to send my money through wire transfer for a small fee of $35. I promptly authorized them to issue a stop payment of my check (by deducting $20- the cost of issuing stop payment) and resend the money through wire. I also sent them details of my bank account etc for setting up the wire.

That was more than a month ago. Since then I have got no reply from them. During this period I have written them 4 emails requesting them to advice the status of my case. However. much to my disbelief, they have not cared to reply even once. There is a complete silence on their part regarding my affiliate commission. Even if wire transfer take some time, at least they should have sent me an interim reply.

I am at loss pondering what to do in such circumstances. When you are not even sure of getting reward for your hard work, you simple can't concentrate on promoting your affiliate products. The same thing is happening with me now.

Please advise what should be the best course of action? Is the only option with me is to wait endlessly or can I do something about it?

You really need to get in touch with somebody there.

    1. Try different CB email addresses with DIFFERENTLY worded emails asking for help and explaining the situation as eloquently as you have here.

    2. Use different Email accounts to send the email. Try sending via Gmail for example.

It's unacceptable for them not to help you, I figure it's just a communication issue. And they ARE usually REALLY good with things like this.

    Don't give up.

    Good luck!

    Thanks a lot Matt.

I shall try to contact somebody else at CB to sort out my problem. Hope to get a reply from them.

That is disturbing...sounds like someone hijacked your check and cashed it before you authorized the wire.

Thus clickbank sees the check cashed, so they obviously won't send out the wire (would you).

See if you can get ahold of someone and find out if this is true first. If it is, your only recourse is to contact authorities in your country to find this *******.

I know that in a worst case scenario, someone may have hijacked my check and en cashed it. But at least I should get an official confirmation of this fact from Clickbank. A complete silence on their part is beyond comprehension. I have now written an email to a Sr. CB Executive who is also an Indian (at least by his name). Let us see if he listen to me or not.
