Amazon Plug-ins for Wordpress

Looking for some help today as I work on my first Wordpress site.

What I want to do is have clickable images of products within my content, not in the sidebar. I'm picturing lines of texts, each line being a description of a product, with a clickable image alongside it.

I'm hoping there's a plug-in to help with this. If not, what's the best way to go about it?

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

I don't know of any plug-ins (that doesn't mean there are none).

The best way I can think about doing this is

      1. Saving the image to your computer from the Amazon site.

      2. Inserting the saved image into your post/page on WordPress.

      3. Make the image clickable with your Amazon affiliate link by using the link icon in the tool bar.

      Hope this helps!

Thank you for answering, but I know how to do that much, along with making anchor text links.

My problem is in dealing with alignment and spacing, and having it all look even and professional.

Just hoping there's a plug-in that will make this easy.

          Hey,

When you said "alignment and spacing", that got my wheels a turnin'. This plug-in isn't strictly for Amazon, but it helps with the alignment problem:

SEO Friendly Images Automatically adds alt and title attributes to all your images. Improves traffic from search results and makes them W3C/xHTML valid as well.

Some of the more popular ones are Reviewazon and WP Robot. I'm fooling around with , wpzonbuilder.com and I like the way it shows the retail price along with the Amazon discount. But they use tokens so everyone has the same info, but you can add your own unique blurb at the beginning to make yours unique. There's also several that runs from time to time in the WSO forum.

The best bet would be WP Robot. You should check it out!

I find this the best one and its free - Amazon Product In a Post Plugin

Find this within your admin panel.

The reason I like it so much is because it allows you to use your own reviews and then the plugin posts clickable picture of your product and then also rips the live prices from amazon, all with your links.

This allows totally unique reviews with all your links and images, all you need to do is add the bin number for the product in the post within admin and only requires you to input your code once for your whole site.

With any Amazon plugin, the information pulled from Amazon is going to be the same across multiple sites. With WPZonBuilder (I believe ReviewAzon allows this too), you can edit all the information on the Edit/Write Post page in the Custom Fields section. This way, you can have unique product descriptions, change prices, etc.

Hyperlink the text so when clicked it goes straight to the product picture. There is no need for a plug-in if you do that.
