Anyone Sold Any DOmain Names On Sedo Before?

I have a bunch of domain names that I simply don't have the time to do anything with and was wondering if anyone has sold any domains on Sedo as I am considering trying to sell them on that service.

Thanks,
Tim

I have. Simple and easy process.

Make sure you sell your domains high because of their fees. I received an offer for $75 euro, but after the fees I'd only be getting about $15 of it.

Ended up selling it for $300 euro, and they took the same amount, not a percentage.

I've sold several. It's not fast. I just list them and when they sell, they sell. Sold one last week. The process is handled by a broker and is completely safe.

Appreciate the fast responses...thanks. I'll be sure to check them out today. I want to prune my list of domains from about 100 to a more managable amount of 10-12.

    Respectfully,
    Tim

I sell quite regularly on Sedo (selling domains is my business after all )...the main thing to know about selling at Sedo is their minimum commission is $50 UNLESS you park your domain there AND use a fixed price listing. So especially if you plan on selling domains for say $100 apiece, you're much better off doing that and only having to pay $10 commission vs. not and paying $50 commission.

They are the most active domain marketplace so they're generally the first place I point people to if they want to sell domains.

I've sold a few domains there. It' takes time. One domain I have sold to Italian buyer for 3,000 EUR and it took me almost one month to transfer it to buyer due to different technical issues with Sedo, buyer's registrar and my registrar. I do not promote them - I just list them and when they sell, they sell. The process is safe but long sometimes.
