Where to find large email lists to market to?

Hi,

I found a site a while back that was a directory for email lists. It was categorised, and included information on contacting the list owner and the size of their list e.t.c.

And now I can't, for the life of me, find the site.

Can people please suggest sites they use to find people with large lists that could be approached to sell your product as an affiliate to their list?

  Hi!,
  Getting JV partners to help you promote your own products has always been one of the more difficult things to do in IM. First, you have to get their attention (Very difficult!) and second, there has to be something in it for your partner to make the offers tempting.

Getting JV partners to promote for you is an almost impossible task if you don't have a list yourself (since most of them want you to reciprocate). What you could do is pay for solo ads.

I have tried Patric Chan's solo ad offer (only for those in the self-improvement niche) and have gotten great results from it. I even got more than a thousand subscribers added to my existing list. PM me if you want to know more.

When you say pay for a solo ad, do you mean pay a list owner to run an ad out to their subscribers for me?

How do I find people who would be willing to do that? Is there a directory or something somewhere?
