Keyword Tools, different Search volume figures

Hi,
I am using Google adwords tool and an excel sheet to work out keywords. I double check a keyword on micro niche finder if I think the keyword will be good. but a lot of the time the figures are way of,(I use global searches on both). same with adwords tool CPC and SPYFU CPC. how can I make sure the keyword searches I am looking for are right?

      The problem is google trends is saying there is not enough search volume to show graphs for a few of the keyword I have
