Anyone Know Of Any Coachs?

Hey Warriors;
I'm in need of some 1 on 1 coaching, someone to look at my sites and tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to change it, yet still be within Google's guidelines. I know Google's not everything, but I just don't want to exclude them also.
I need reviews and 1-on-1 help, I've tried all the e-books and video courses I can find, but none of them help me find what my problem is.

So if anyone can recomend a good coach or service, or wants to help me out, that would be great and much appreciated.

I'm not asking for a freebie, I'll pay for the help, I just want to start seeing some conversions.

P.S. Ever notice how many "make your money in Internet Marketing" books there are, but none in helpling Internet marketers work in other niche's? It's like the only niche that IM's care about, is other IM? Wierd. I'd love a course on how to use IM to, say... promote spanish courses, or something...

      I've love to send you a PM, but I can't until I've reached about 50 posts... so...

      But I guess I'm looking for someone to show me the fine art of the sale. I seem to be able to get decent traffic, using PPC and ListJoe.com, but no sales.

      I was a search engine specialist back before there was a phrase for it, it was my first job in the internet market for a local designer / hoster. I'm talking back in 1996 / 1997, when link popularity (back-links now) and weight were the important factor. and when there were alot more major search engines. (Alta Vista anyone? I know they're still around, just not as big as they used to be),

    A.) You need to figure out what your sites are doing, or what you want them to do. Do you want to use them for SEO or create good landing pages for PPC?

    B.) Know exactly what you goals are so the coach will know how best to help you.

    This is important. Too many people don't know what they want or like other than "to make money" so they jump from one offer to the next.

    C.) There are lots of coaching WSOs right now. They seem to be the current hot offer. Do a search in the WSO forum for "coaching" or get specific with "search engine optimization coaching" (the search function doesn't like short terms ala PPC or SEO).

    ...you could probably post a little more specifics of what you want and someone will chime in here. Get on Skype with them or some form of chat to gauge how much they really know and if they can really help you before talking money.

    As a newbie at this I completely agree with you that it seems the big earners are feeding off newbies lack of IM skills and I see very little being sold in other niches as you said.
