Affiliate marketing and flipping websites beginner

Hi,

my name is Mario, I am from Croatia and I am new to Internet Marketing.

I am interested in affiliate marketing and in building profitable websites and selling them.

I am following Mark Ling's Affilioblueprint tutorial on building affiliate websites.
Can you tell me is this course good way to start in affiliate marketing?

And can you recommend me some flipping program or tutorial for beginners?
