"Good" Email Capture Form

Hey Folks,

I want to make or buy a nice looking email capture form. Not an ugly standard html one! :p

I am currently with iContact.

I know it's basically an image with the email capture fields overlayed but...

Anyone have any links showing what i need to do and how to integrate my iContact script over an image i make?

    If you have $50 to spend, why not go on Elance, find a great designer/coder and get a form that is custom designed the way you want it?

    Hi,

    I learnt by looking at the code behind good looking forms. When you see one you like hi Ctrl-U (on a pc) to see the code and see how it's built. The mechanics of a form are usually quite simple although I dont use icontact so I'm not so sure about their code.

    You could also look at this book - Fancy Form Design by Sitepoint.
