Ever Considered an Internet Marketing Job?

Today I saw an ad for a company that is hiring Internet Marketing professionals. This company outsources email management, affiliate management, etc. to business clients. I was wondering if anyone has ever been employed in such a capacity and how you enjoyed doing Internet marketing for others.

Also, from time to time there are threads created by Warriors who are at the brink of financial disaster and seriously considering an outside gig to keep from going under. People in this situation may want to look for jobs like these, as I can imagine a lot of companies are in need of such expertise.

I think its a great idea. You can always learn from the people in the company and it would look good on your resume.

Depends on the opportunity cost (the loss of the next best thing).

Example, if you have to get a job either way then getting a job in IM is preferential to flipping burgers as skill is gained.

If the alternative is running your own business and you don't need a job, all things being equal, the job isn't worth getting because it's trading your time for money on a 1:1 ration.
