Are My Clickbank Hoplinks Being "Sabotaged"?

Recently, my Ezinearticles account was suspended, and as of yet I haven't actually bothered to try and get it re-instated (I'm using other promotion methods now and trying not to be a slave to my keyboard) However, the current pay-period on Clickbank coincides directly with the week that my account has been suspended for EZA, although my articles are still in Google attracting clicks etc.

Here's the weird thing- I've only made 1/10th this week on CB what I did last week when my EZA account was active, and most of my traffic comes via a redirected affiliate link in my resource box (very much the traditional Travis Sargo Bum Marketing Method) My CB account still shows a very consistent number of hops and order form impressions, yet I haven't had this many 0 sales days in perhaps 2 years now.

I'm not a hugely technically minded person, and I'm just wondering whether maybe in suspending my EZA account from further submissions, they are somehow able to "override" my affiliate links to prevent them from working correctly, as the only sales I have made have been from other article directories and web 2.0 sites (according to my tracking)

Am I just crazy in thinking this? Or is there some logical explanation for what seems much more than "normal fluctuation" in my weekly sales. I'm not begging for attention here btw, just genuinely very confused, as I am writer by nature, not an Internet master :p

Thanks in advance for any advice, opinions or otherwise you might have.

Sam

Hi Sam, I just posted a very similar post to you here with no replies yet:

    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...k-changes.html

For me it looks like there is some confusion on the order form page. I think it's hard enough to get someone to click the order button then mix that with some confusion and bells start going off to leave...

May not be your problem, just something I've run into :-)

I don't know what you mean exactly by "Travis Sago Bum Marketing method" but if you are using a top level domain redirect I don't see how they could sabotage your link.

If not a top level domain redirect, a php redirect on your own domain would be tough to sabotage obviously too - but ezine does not allow that.

Lots of affiliates across all networks seem to be complaining about a lack of sales. The response I see most often is: "it's the economy, stupid" but others dispute that.

    Regards,
    PCRoger.
