Where to get a high-quality video made?

INTERNET MARKETING

In the past I've used sites like voice123.com for high-quality voice talent. Does anyone know of similar sites for video speakers? Basically I just want someone to appear on screen and say "Hi, I'm Bill from xyz.com..." and talk for 15 seconds. A search here didn't turn up anything and people at oDesk seem to stuff so many keywords in their resumes that searching for "video production" turns up Joomla programmers (!).

Does anyone use a service like this that they could recommend?
