Ok I'm really interested and serious about starting my career as an Internet Marketer and earning a full time income online. So I was wondering what would be the best way to start my career. What product or guide would you recommend for a beginner? I was looking at purchasing "Confessions of a Lazy Super Affiliate" by Chris Rempel or joining "Wealthy Affiliate University". Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Choose between Internet Marketing Center or Sitesell. If you have the money, Sitesell.

      Well
It really all depends on what you plan on doing. Bottom line is to pick one thing and run with it. There are lots of sites out there for new people to get a grasp on the IM thing. I know most new people don't have a clue on what they should get into so some star a blog and talk about IM stuff.
I know I fumbled around until I found what I was going to do and now I'm just sticking with it.

Stick around here for a while and ask a ton of questions.

Follow the advise from seasoned veterans, those with proven track records
        and a stellar following.

Just because someone has 3,000 posts does not make them an expert, do
your due diligence before you jump into anything,

The first major ebook I purchased when starting out was Desperate Buyers Only by Alexis Dawes. That really set out the scheme of online marketing in terms which made it very easy to get a grasp on the concepts. It's a helpful start because it provides something of an overview so you can see how it fits together.

I also got some products from Ewan Chia, and a guy called Brett McFall (a fellow Aussie). They were both awesome at setting things out in a way that was easy to understand, although Brett comes from a copywriting background and a lot of his products are focused on that. I've read his book which launched recently though, How To Make Money While You Sleep. That was a little bit basic for someone who's been doing affiliate marketing for a while but would have been gold to me 12 months ago.

There's masses of info on this forum though. Do some thread searches to find what you are looking for, then take it from there.

        Best of luck.

All the due respect, but SiteSell isn't the best option just because of very restricted web-building options. The basic thing - you just CAN'T rebuild the whole website creating new links, footer links, site maps and everything - you have to do it manually with every page! In XSitePro you'll do it in a matter of seconds, in SiteSell's web-builder - it will take you the whole day...

Well I have found this site that has really helped me out through college. It gives a review of three of the top online marketing sites in 2008 so far. You should definitely check it out. Click the link in my signature.

      Hi Joel,

If you would allow me I will be glad to send you a free copy of "The Warrior Manifesto" written by Big Mike here on the forum. It will give you an outstanding understanding of how to create a profitable stream of revenue the warrior way.

Big Mike wrote this for the WF. He last updated this in December 2007 I think. I just spoke with him and he is starting an update to include the new features in on the new WF. But more than 90% of what is in there is accurate and can be started right away.

You will have to PM me or email me ken.leatherman @ gmail.com (without the spaces. The file is to big to attach here on the WF.

Anyone else that would like a copy of this let me know and I will be more than happy to send it to you.
