Usually you can count on about 10 x monthly revenue but it does depend on certain variables. If you have an Ad Sense site that is ranking in the SERPS then I have seen them sell for as much as 25 x monthly revenue. I suggest selling them on Flippa.

The domain is relatively new and no income yet but has the potential. It is loaded with high gravity popular Clickbank products, optimized for Adsense and Amazon products.
I just want a quick sale as I need the money. I can send the URL to your pm box if you can take a look and give me your opinion, please.

      Thank you.

P/S I do intend to advertise on Flippa and asked them for their opinion however they say they will be providing website valuation soon and until then they cannot give me any assistance. Didn't think they would but thought there was no harm asking.

Most valuation sites are worthless IMO. I deal with Ad Sense when flipping as they are so much easier to sell.

Also, if the site doesn't make much but has a good domain / steady traffic you might get a bit more than 10x monthly revenue.

If you look up traditional brick and mortar business valuations you'll see it's something like 5x yearly earnings. So if you have some aspect that can be leveraged in a tangible biz that might be something to think about as well when valuing the company.

I agree with the 10x rule.

On a side note, Adsense sites with steady revenue sell extremely well on Flippa. I've sold one that were making $10 per month consistently for $310 ... probably got lucky on this one ...

I have an adsense site that is doing $400/month with adsense and $50-$200/month affiliate. All SERP traffic. Only about 200 visitors a day too. Really high paying niche with great CPA offers.

Any idea what something like that would fetch me? It's been like this for at least 2 years.

usually to get any interest you need traffic and/or revenue. without either of these the sales price will suffer greatly.
