I second Chris.

I use StatPress Reloaded (especially when building WordPress run sites for clients) and also occasionally use StatCounter.com's service paired with their free plugin.

For a different type of "real-time" data I use WP-Users Online. This one tracks how many users are on your site at any one given time and is useful for membership site owners.
