Domain Registrar 60 Day Hold for Renewals?

Hey there,

I just renewed a domain for another year because I want to sell it. Does the 60 day hold apply for renewals? Meaning I wouldn't be able to transfer it for 60 days from today or is that just for new domains?

    Just for new domains I believe, you should be fine if you have renewed it.

    Alan, it does not apply to renewals. The 60 days period is reset every time the domain changes hands or changes registrars.
