Keyword Elite and SEO Elite are the best tools I've found for this.

The Google Keyword Tool is a great resource to use - https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal Also Wordtracker G trend is a great tool Free GTrends Tool From Wordtracker Make sure you use clickbank also to check out niches. High gravity's normally mean money is being spent in the niche. Just a few tools I use |
