INTERNET MARKETING

Hi all, I am getting this error on one of my sites. and I cannot seem to fix it I've tried everything I found on WP forums. But nothing helps.

this is the error

wp-includes/l10n.php on line 437

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks...So far it happened on two sites.

Can you post the full error message please? (Since "wp-includes/l10n.php on line 437" is the very end of the error message - i.e. containing a partial file name path and the line number)

Also, did you recently attempt any upgrades or changes (installing add-ons) etc to your blog?

  It's a strange place to have an error. Most likely a plugin of some sort. As above post full error and if you added a plugin just before it happened try deactivating it.
  
  Another tip is to use Secure Online Backup and Archiving for Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, and Wordpress | Backupify to backup your blog automatically and to always backup your database before adding new plugins.

  Hi, no nothing added lately
  
  Fatal error: Class 'NOOP_Translations' not found in /home/icgreen/public_html/affiliate-niche-stores/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 437
  
  this also happened on another blog for the wp -includes, and by over writing files manually I managed to fix it, but in this case, that does not do it.
  
  I really appreciate your help. for 2 hours I've tried so many different things and nothing helps

  I have a suggestion which may not solve the underlying problem but should give you a quick fix
  
  1) Find and open wp-includes/pomo/translations.php
  
  2) Paste the code in this file into the document, as it contains the missing class NOOP translations

  Hi, Thanks for the code, but that did not do it either. I've looked at that thread, and non of the solutions help me.
  
  I deleted all the files in wp-includes and installed with new version, but that error is still there.

I'm not sure if this will help, however have you tried the advise outlined here:

WordPress › Support Problem after upgrading to 2.9

A few people have asked about this error and been re-directed to this solution which seems to work.

In short, it looks like wp-includes/pomo/translations.php needs deleting and then needs to be replaced by a fresh file downloaded from a fresh WordPress download.

Apologies if you've already tried this.
