RegNow alternative? or better use ideas

I've been promoting some software via the regnow affiliate program but the RegNow site is a real pain to search for new products and I'm not entirely sure my affiliate links are being applied properly.
Is their a good alternative to RegNow, I've just applied for onenetworkdirect account.
Can you suggest any others?
By the way for those that don't now RegNow is a bit like clickbank but focused mostly on software with the same vendor / affiliate type relations.
