You'll find there's a lot of help and resourceful people here. If you find there is an interest in others hearing and sharing experiences about that disease, you may be able ot monetize it with ads on the blog - something it sounds like you're familiar with?

There are a lot of experts here. If you search for threads that interest you, it's hard not to have your whole day taken up by education such as you're looking for.

It looks like there are a few ads that show up on Google, so you may be able to enter the market and find some profit. Have you done some keyword research to see how many people are interested?

Welcome to the forum. Using your first hand is experience is a great way to go about making money online because in order to get people to your site or blog you need to create a ton of very valuable content. Since you have first hand experience, that should be no problem for you. I would suggest just setting up a simple blog on blogger or wordpress.

The easiest way for you to monetize is to just use Google Adsense. You can also consider putting together a simple ebook or short report that tells people about the disease. You can talk about the symptoms, diet etc. I just used the Google keyword tool and say that the word "Coeliac" is searched for 165,000 times a month. That's not including the other variations of the word. I don't think you would have a problem selling a short report about this disease if you market it right.

Thank you for all your input i will certainly try and implement some of your suggestions. That is after i do a bit more research on this site.

Since you have dealt with the condition first hand, you have your unique selling angle. You can really help those going through what you went through. I would suggest getting a blog up and start posting articles about how you dealt with the scenario and also giving them options that will help them get through.

Start finding traffic sources in the niche and give them an opportunity to get to your blog. You can monetize in multiple ways. Adsense of course is an option, but since you know about the situation firsthand, you could write an ebook or something about getting through the illness.

You could also set up something with local physicians specializing in that illness. All the business you send them locally would provide you a percentage or they could pay a monthly fee for your promotion. There are multiple ways to go about it.

Focus on one step at a time and you will do great. Get the blog/website going, then focus on traffic.

So, if a person visit a forum, blog or any other kind of website
