Article + Landing Page ... best methods?
I've been learning a lot about copywriting recently and it's going well. I am thinking of putting what I have learnt into action.
Basically I want to use a number of web 2.0 properties to promote a product. This is what I have so far:
I develop a lander page that contains a sales letter promoting the product. There is no mention of money in the letter but at the bottom there will be an aweber form to collect email addresses.
I then pick a handful of web 2.0 properties (probably using SENuke, not sure) and write articles around the product.
When I have collected the email address I then use them to respond with personalized email responses promoting the product even further and linking the user to the sales page.
I might be wrong here, but doing it this way I am thinking I can create laser targeted lists of potential customers. I mean, if they have got as far as putting in their email address the chances are they are desperate for such a product.
Anyone able to offer any advice on what I plan to do?
