blog -> EZA -> syndication (other directories)

I see plenty of references to putting your work on your site first, then EZA, unchanged...

I just want to verify that what I am planning to do is, in fact, a good idea:

1) post original content on my blog
2) wait a while (like a month or more)
3) post on ezine articles
4) wait awhile (like a month or more)
5) post on other article databases

And I won't be duplicate content because I'm first.

And this is a good idea.

Right? RIGHT???

Thanks for any feedback.

I'm not sure about the timing, though. I don't suggest it'll be harmful, but I don't understand why you'd want to wait a month or more (twice).
I'm (edit) NOT implying that it's required... just that it's the timing that will work with my workflow. Imagine making a monthly todo list on the first of the month :-)

Just look every few days for the url of your new article post/page. Once it's indexed on your site, submit it to EZA. Once it's approved there, submit to the other directories.
