Is it oversaturated?

:rolleyes:Is the forex market(sellingtrading systems etc)oversaturated? I have a website selling a trading system but not having any luck at all. Ive done all types of marketing except ppc(way to expensive) should i pick a better market? Also i have a niche idea, is it safe to say what it is on this site because I'd like a little feed back on it.

    Nope it's not oversaturated... just more competitive - there's no niche online that's 'oversaturated' competition is a good thing if you know how to use it to your advantage

    I wouldn't use Google Adwords for that niche unless it's image ads or content network... there's plenty of other places to get traffic including other list owners

      lol don't fall for the illusion.

      No market can be over saturated online. Just depends on your skills.... Find a way in!

    I know what you mean, there are very few decent keywords in the forex niche for which you can easily rank on Google's first page. Forum marketing works extremely well for the forex niche, I think you should focus on marketing your site outside Google, that's what I would do anyway.

    Using PPC is certainly not a good idea in that niche, unless you really know what you're doing you will lose your shirt before you even realize it...

    I was watching a video recently from Anik Singal where he suggested that big, competitive, lively markets were the place to sell - because people are buying. It's the old question of whether you want a big chunk of a very small pie or a tiny sliver of a humungous pie. The tiny sliver will be worth much more.

    With that in mind I don't believe there are any 'over saturated' markets. You just need to be a little unique and creative.

    It is a pretty competitive market, if you are just starting out you may want to try a less competitive market.
