Splitting My IM Profits.....

Hey ladies & gents!

I am going to be going into business with some friends of mine on a website.

Does anyone have any BRIGHT ideas of the BEST way to split to profits for an online business?

I didn't know if there was a cool program online that would integrate with our website and paypal accounts or something?

If not, perhaps I am giving away a business idea.......shhhh!

    The long standing tried-and-trusted method is an affiliate programme. One of you create the product and the other 2 promote it as affiliates. You could use Clickbank for example. Then if you all fall out, and there is a dispute because you have used Clickbank it is clear who should get what as you all have individual separate accounts. What is in your account is yours!

    Or you could get some solicitors/lawyers and draw up a contract, or each have shares in an incorporated (or limited) company that owns the site.

    Why not open a new Paypal account in your business name and then you can pay each other from there into your own personal accounts (don't forget to leave some aside for overheads and those beautiful taxes!).
