A possible way of earning with nothing in pockets?

I've seen many ebooks, guides, tips and video tutorials with the title flashing "EARN BIG IN XXX days", Okay. When you are actually interested in it, they end up saying All you need to invest XXX money to get the guide "LOL".

I don't blame them for this, After all this is a marketing technique which we all love to follow.

Coming back to the topic, is there any possible way of earning money online when you have nothing "I MEAN NOTHING" to invest. Let me be clear, I am not talking about freelancing. Yes, I have experienced that but at the end of the day you actually work a lot harder then what you get paid for if you are working as an individual. I am willing to invest my time whole heartedly but then again, Its all about money in the end.

It would be a great gesture of yours, If you can give me tips/guides in this little difficult time of me.

Have you looked at bum marketing? Just do a search in the forum for several threads on that.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

If you aren't making at least $500 per month withing 2 months I'll quit internet marketing forever!
Thanks alot buddy. I really appreciate this and the big thing you wrote below.

    Totally outstanding.

In addition to this, would you mind telling me which niche is a better option to work in and would you prefer affiliation over bum marketing?

Bum Marketing is the way to go. Write or rewrite articles and submit them to all the major article directories. Then create your money page using Squidoo, Wordpress, blogger, or Hubpages. Link your articles to your money pages

Bookmark and ping all your articles and money pages. Then start building backlinks through blog commenting.

That's just scratching the surface but, it's all 100% Free.

What people refer to as "Bum marketing" actually requires a lot of work. People are turned on by the name, thinking that it means they can be a bum and make money. The truth is that bums don't make money.

Holy cow, you have no idea! I would guess that 90% of the people that try to get into online marketing fail miserably because they think that there is some magic dust that instantly makes you profitable.

You know, I wish more people realized this! I'm a former newspaper reporter, I write well and I write quickly, and even I would say - while "bum marketing" definitely earns money, it took me writing about half a dozen articles a day to start getting sales, some days I had NO sales, my income stream varies way too widely for me to count on bum marketing alone...and writing that many articles per day means I have less time and mental energy for my more profitable endeavors.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I'm saying that frankly, in my opinion, a normal job would almost always pay better then bum marketing, especially when you count in vacation pay, insurance and benefits. It's an extra income stream for me; it's not a living wage.

Its great that you are offering help here, it really is

      Question on your methods though

Why do you bother with the competition results in qoutes? Do you not just look at the top 10 on the first page of google for your particular keyword and look at them as thats your real competition?

Or am i missing the reason why you search in qoutes?

Yeah, I started by building free blogs with Blogger and Wordpress and then I bought my domain name and saw how much more powerful your own domain name can be:
    -Get an idea
-Without any money in your pocket, you should get as much money as you need to realise your idea.
-Realise your idea with an easy WordPress blog: What I did: Build a Wordpress blog, tried several traffic techniques, moved on.

Your own website has several advantages: At least you can sell it at Flippa for a high price, even if it was only a "test" blog...

You need to start from the beginning of internet marketing. You should build and cultivate a list of prospective buyers. You can do that very cheaply if you do some research. All you need is a splash page/squeeze page you can find free templates all over the place. A free ebook to give away. And the only real money output will be with an Autoresponder.
I host my own splash page for free with Blogger. After you get a nice size list then you can start sending your clients money offers. I know this is a broad out line but with a little homework it can be done.

That seems to be a good strategy -- How about 100 blogs with a splash or squeeze page with just enough unique content to be picked up by the search engines.

I am quite confused over here with a landing page, niche website and a squeedo page.

It would be great If I'm given examples.

So here it is what I've learned so far :-

    1) Find your targeted niche market (Which I'm still confused at, or How do we find the best niche market)
    2) Afterwards, I buy a domain related to the niche market
    3) Do I make a blog/landing page/squeedo/niche website on it? *Confused*
    4) I write 20-30 articles filled with keywords (from where do I find the keywords e.g Google Keyword?)
    5) I re-write my articles and submit them to different article directories.
    6) Join forums, comment and etc to promote my page.
    7) I smile

Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere.

    4. Go to GoDaddy and but a .info domain for $.89/year ($1.07 with tax).

    5. Set up the domain to re-direct to your Clickbank affiliate link (hoplink).
In my opinion this is building the foundation of your business on sand.
Why would you spend the $1.07 on your own domain, only to re-direct it.
I think you would be far better off spending an extra $5 a month and get your own hosting and host your blog on the .info name and then you can put as many affiliate links in each post without the risk of being shut down for spam.
Also once the money starts rolling in on that one you can buy another $1.07 domain name in another niche and do it all over again without the cost of additional hosting.

Article writing is the way to go. In the beginning you will do everything yourself, but don't be fooled. It is a lot of work.
You have to sign up on click bank, write the articles, make a website, buy a domain, redirect, and then keep submitting articles to either ezine or article base (there are others as well), and then you have to write blogs and link back to your page so you can get backlinks.

When you start making money, then you can outsource a little like buying articles, or using a backlink service, but for now you can do everything yourself and it is all free.

If you don't know any of this terminology, then I suggest that you check out some utube videos, and if you are still confused, you may have to shell out a little money for a webinar. There are some good ones that are not scams, but I don't think I am allowed to tell you on the forum.

If you want to send me a PM, then I can give you some to try out. They worked for me.

When you say you've got nothing then you're not right. I assume you have time and determination and that's all you need.

    Here's a simple plan:

    1. Write 5 articles daily on a chosen keyword or product

    2. Put those 5 articles on Squidoo, Blogger, Hubpages and 2 more Web 2.0 properties and link them together

    3. Submit those 5 articles to Ezinearticles, ArticlesBase, GoArticles, IdeaMarketers, ArticleDashboard, Article Alley and a few more of your choice pointing at the 5 Web 2.0 properties

    4. Bookmark the lot with OnlyWire or similar.

    5. Repeat

That's going to earn you some money. Next, invest in a domain, buy an article submitter, hire somone to do the Web 2.0.

As for writing articles, just rewrite articles in the beginning while paying attention to what makes a good article.

No prob, don't expect the $$ to come easy though.

Though the plan outlines the mechanics, the real challenge is choosing a niche -> choosing keywords -> writing persuasive targeted content.

Knowing your niche is really important. Also, go for a sub niche in a big niche.

My example is just to show how to get the most of your content. I think it's a big mistake when people say just to submit to Ezinearticles and then redirect to an affiliate offer.

Get a domain as soon as possible and then point all of your Web 2.0 properties at it.

The thing is though, if you write 5 articles a day, that is 150 articles a month submitted to Ezinearticles, 150 keyword optimized Web 2.0 properties, 650 article directory backlinks + whatever gets published. Consistency is the key here. You're probably not going to be writing 5 articles a day in the long run, but then you'll have tools to help you so you'll get more back.

Bum marketing is so named because a tramp/homeless/bum person of the street could go to the local library, use the free internet connection and start making money without spending anything. You can set up an email account and EZA account for free, and send traffic to a blogger blog which is also free, get a clickbank account (also free) and get going. Once the bum has made some money he could get the cheque sent to a friends house, cash it in at a local cheque-cashing shop and spend the money. All without spending a dime from his or her own pocket at any point in the process.

However I would advise buying a .info domain for $2 at least so you own the website, even if it just directs to the blogger site. Then at least if blogger takes down your site you can get hosting and put something else in it's place without losing the traffic. However the "BUM" could come on WF and ask for someone to sponser him with a namecheap gift certificate for said domain too!

There are many free wasy to make money the most common are bum marketing if you know a little designing skills or even if you don't there are also website flipping or managing website for adsense revenue and affiliate revenue both work good as well.

The list is endless. I actually regretted going the money route starting out what I soon realize was I wasted a lot since I was so inexperienced I didn't know where to spend my money and wasted it on hosting I never used on content which was useless.

Also, consider taking Public Domain material (most anything published in the US before 1923, plus many--but not all--items after that date which didn't renew their copyrights) and republishing it.

Many of the classics like Acres of Diamonds are just 100-year-old publications that someone has republished.

You can also find recordings of public domain works which allow you to use them however you want. You can turn them into audio downloads on iTunes, etc. Some people take public domain info and put it into a publish on demand book on Amazon's Create Space "publish-on-demand" site.

Not only books, but music, posters, artwork of all kinds that are in the public domain can be re-purposed and resold.

It's one of the easier ways of making money "out of thin air." Check it out.

Yeah of course they will accept it, but, its your material so you should put it on your property first so you get the credit for it from google. What i mean is, overtime, your blog or website will rank for the keywords of that article if you build links etc whereas if you put in on a directory first, you are helping their business and site rank instead of your own

Sure you can. Get those ad-free webhost (50webs.com comes to mind) and set up an opt in page with a free autoresponder (there are free ones out there, perhaps someone can fill me in on a good one!) and then build a list using article marketing or youtube traffic. I made a little over 1k a month on a dating niche describing what I told you, promoting dating leads and ebooks.

I write articles and along side I create a opt in page related to my niche. Would I be giving a source of the page I created?

There are literally thousands of FREE PLR articles on the internet. You can download them, rewrite them and publish them on free blogs like Blogger.com and Wordpress.com.

Put some Adsense blocks and/or affiliate links and build as many backlinks as you can. If you're consistent you'll make money - that's for sure!
