Hi everyone, As you know clickbank allows you to add up to 500 products on one account. But when you add a new product it doesn't go into their marketplace. (from my understanding) therefore affiliates have less chance of finding you. So, do you pay the additional $29.95 for each new account so you can be listed in the marketplace? The problem with this is you get a new check for each product, rather than a combined check. What do you think is the better option. Just the one account OR a separate account for each product you list? Thanks everyone, D |

Hi Dalvia, Considering that you'd only need a sale or two to make back the $29.95 I'd opt for getting a separate account. That way the gravity/sales figures on your marketplace listing don't all get lumped together. You might also want to check out a great script by Adrian Ling if you prefer to have one account but multiple products... Original ClickBank Affiliate Management Tool (not aff link). Cheers, Anthony |

Well the other thing to remember is that your commission % is fixed across all products in each account, so if you want to offer a different commission % for some products you'll need to add them in a separate account. Sean |

The product Anthony mentioned, EasyClickmate, is terrific for enabling sales of multiple products.

Here's my school of thought on this one... I see ClickBanks Marketplace as a good source for lead in sales. Most all of their products in the marketplace are priced under $100, which I label as lead in products to bigger and better things to come. I want as many affiliates promoting my lead in product that's in the Marketplace and I will give them generous commissions because I'm mostly concerned with the Upsells, Downsells and One Time Offers... I am also looking at a higher priced backend inline with the initial product. Here is how I see ClickBank being used effectively: 1. Create a new account for each NEW lead in product.... In that same CB account I will also have the Upsell, downsell and OTO. By creating a new account for each NEW lead in product I can get in the marketplace and attract more affiliates, etc... (It's all about the numbers) My goal of these lead in products is to get as many paying customers as I can to go through the funnel. These customers have already identified themselves with their wallets so they become very valuable leads for a higher priced backend. The higher backend is promoted to your existing customers so I tend to use PayPal for that... This is just one way to use ClickBank... there are many ways but it's always nice to have a plan before starting so things stay organized... Mike Hill | |

Thanks for the great advice!! It would be great if clickbank had the facility to pay a upgrade fee in their account to add a product to the marketplace. Maybe in the future, Thanks again everyone |

| If you mean to deduct the fee for setting up a new account from your current account - I believe they will do it.
