Cool Tool-Anyone using the kissinsights plug-in?

I dont know if any warrior know about this little tool or not, I am sure there are probably more tools like this, but I didnot know about them. so, I thought for those of you who are like me, it might be interesting.
So, just in case you dont know about this tool, here it is:

Its called kissinsights. Last night, while I was visiting A blog, this little pop up thing came up on the bottom of the page(in a really nice and neat little box) asking me "what would you like the next blog post to be about?".

I thought since most warriors have costumers either as readers of their blogs or buyers of their products, this tool could help a little in getting fast responses from the audience and finding out what they really want. It says that you can get responses in as little as 90 minuets. But I haven't tried it myself yet, so I dont really know. But, think of the potential of such a tool and what it can do for you and your business.
I haven't used the tool myself yet, but I know that there is a free (I think limited plan) that you can use with up to certain numbers of surveys and responses. Anyway, I thought it was an interesting little plug-in.

Also, if any of you warriors have been using this tool, whats your experience? Any benefit from using it, any downside?
I think those of use who are new to it, would appreciate some feedback from those who actually use this thing. Thank you.
