EzineArticles.com and Scripts?

I'm in a bit of a pickle. I developed a program where the user copies the URL of a particular article from ezinearticles.com and pastes it into a program and the program puts the article into a webpage.

I didn't think it would have been a problem but then I came across this from ezinearticles.com...

"You agree to never use article crawlers, rogue bots, site scrapers or any automated script/software or method that attempts to mine the article content on EzineArticles.com. You acknowledge that we may block your access to our site and/or membership."

Now does my program go against that?

(crosses his fingers)

    Hi Adam,

I'd contact support over at EZA to be safe.

They are the ones that know what they will accept.

Sorry, but it's the only way to get a direct answer to your question.

It is done but it is most likely against TOS for ezinearticles. Think about it, these sites have TOS that states that you can only have a certain number of articles on your site pulled from them. Why would they agree to a program that automates this?
