Has anyone had experience with celebrity fan pages?

How do you go about promoting them? Monetizing?

    I specialize on customizing Facebook fan page and base on my experience, it's always est to make your Facebook fan page as customized as possible using HTML codes and some applications to entertain your fans as well as informing them about your product and services linking them to your site. It works well on my clients.

    I don't think that you can make any money using Celebrity Fan Pages, because you are actually promoting the Artist. You can only make money if you create a Fan Page for your Business.

    I run a fan page(in my sig) and there is very little money there. It's really about the passion for them and supporting them, using your IM powers for the benefit of someone else.

    I use Amazon and iTunes as a way to make money from it, which isn't much even for a celebrity that can do both, movies and music. Adsense will never pay much as I've checked a number of celebrities simply out of curiosity.
