What Does CANSpam require an autoresponder message have?

    1. A way to unsubscribe/remove themselves from your list.
    2. A real address

      I think that's pretty much it too.

      - Valid PHYSICAL postal address
      - A way to remove people from your list (either automatically or manually).

        It also requires that you clearly and conspicuously identify the email as an advertisement. You must also have accurate header information (from:, to:, etc.) and routing information. Further, it requires that your subject lines not be misleading as to the content of the message (this is a biggie with the FTC).
